Prairie Link is a partnership between the Chiniki Group of Companies, AECOM and EllisDon—together, nation-leading experts in capital, design, engineering, construction management, development and operations.
The Partners
The Chiniki Group of Companies (CGC) is the official economic development corporation of the Chiniki First Nation, one of the Stoney Nakoda Nations in Alberta. On behalf of the Nation, CGC is responsible for advancing economic development, building strategic partnerships, creating sustainable sources of revenue, and pursuing opportunities that generate long-term benefits for the Nation and its members. Its activities span sectors including real estate development, infrastructure, healthcare, logistics, and energy.
CGC takes an active approach to economic development, participating in the identification, development, acquisition, financing, and operation of businesses and major projects. Its mandate extends beyond commercial growth to include employment and training opportunities, Nation-owned assets and businesses, community investment, and long-term economic self-determination. CGC also works closely with governments, municipalities, First Nations, financial institutions, developers, contractors, and other private-sector partners to create opportunities for meaningful Indigenous ownership and participation.
CGC is focused on building lasting economic capacity and prosperity for future generations. Its broader objective is to support economic reconciliation through ownership, partnership, and participation, while ensuring that the value created through its activities contributes directly to the long-term priorities of the Nation.

Centricity: An Advisor to the Prairie Link Partnership
Centricity is a Canadian company, based in Alberta, with a vision to build a high-speed train system linking Alberta's two largest cities, Edmonton and Calgary, and a population of over 3.5 million people.
Centricity is a group of experienced professionals specializing in major projects, with specific experience in regulatory processes, land acquisition, environmental assessment, public engagement, Indigenous consultation, and project development finance and construction. Centricity will support the Prairie Link Partnership between EllisDon and AECOM, and be actively involved in the development of the project.
